Eric Dwinnells is back with a brand new guest cohost Zoe Clark to tell you about their shared passion for the killer disease, rabies!

Not only has rabies evolved to be one of the most deadly and horrifying diseases on the planet, but it's also the possible root of many mythological monsters including vampires, zombies, and werewolves! Think about it: you get bit by some creature, it's bite infects you and you become ill. You become sensitive to sunlight and become aggressive attempting to spread your curse by biting others. sounds very familiar, no?

Rabies has been with us for centuries and although it is relatively unknown in the western world, it is a huge problem to this day in parts of Asia and Africa. In all recorded history, not one person had ben able to survive rabies...until 2004. Tonight you will hear the incredible true story of rabies sufferer Jeanna Giese, the girl who survived rabies. When she was found to have rabies, Dr. Rodney Willoughby created the controversial "Milwaukee Protocol". Some say it is responsible for saving Jeanna's life. Others say it an extremely dangerous procedure and should never be tried. We'll take this question and much more on tonight's Spooky A S!
